As a recipient of the Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching, I will conduct STEAM research in Singapore from January-June 2022. I am humbled to have received this opportunity and look forward to exploring the city-state, culture, and education system. The Fulbright DAT is sponsored through IREX (US) and the Ministry of Education Singapore. I will engage with faculty, staff, and students at the Singapore School of the Arts, Pei Hwa Secondary School, and Changkat Changi Secondary School during my time abroad. In addition, I have enrolled in two courses with the National Institute of Education at the Nanyang Technological University.
